User-Generated Content (UGC) and Safety Policy

1. Zero Tolerance: Cruizer strictly prohibits any offensive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content, including nudity and adult material.

2. Moderation and Immediate Removal: All user-generated content (profile photos, text, and media files) is subject to automated AI scanning and human moderation. We reserve the right to immediately remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Blocking and Reporting Mechanisms: Users can block any account or report inappropriate content directly within the app with a single tap. Blocked users are immediately hidden.

4. Account Suspension and Response Time: Any user who posts prohibited content or violates safety rules will have their account suspended or permanently deleted. Our moderation team reviews and resolves all reports within a maximum of 24 hours.

Cruizer respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights:

Data we collect
- Registration data: email, name (optional: profile photo, interests).
- Location data: If you choose to enable the "People Nearby Map" feature, we collect your approximate or exact location (depending on your permission) to show nearby users.
- Usage data: In-app interactions, chats, reports.

How we use your data
- To show profiles and nearby locations only when you allow it.
- To moderate content and improve the app.
- We do not sell or share your location or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Location data is used only within the app and is shared anonymously/ephemerally with other users if you choose to check in manually.

Location and Consent
We request explicit permission to access your location (using iOS and Android systems). You decide manually each time whether you want to appear on the map ("manual check-in"—not automatic). You can disable this feature from the map at any time. Location data is not permanently stored or used for tracking purposes.

Your Rights and Controls
-You can block users to prevent them from seeing your profile or location.
-You can delete your profile via Settings > Delete Profile, or request the deletion of your data by emailing cruizerapp@gmail.com.
-Location opt-out: disable this feature from the map.

Security
We employ reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes
We may update this policy; we will notify you of significant changes.

Subscriptions and Payments
When you purchase an auto-renewing subscription on Cruizer, we process your transaction through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly store your payment information. We may collect and process the following information regarding your subscriptions: type of subscription purchased; subscription start and end dates; subscription status (active, cancelled, trial); and renewal and cancellation history. This information is used to manage your access to premium features, send you important notifications regarding your subscription, and improve our services.
